退貨及退款政策

  1. 基於產品類型與衛生原因,除因收到的貨品項目、數量或款式與訂單不符,或貨品本身存在品質問題,請恕我們將不接受任何退貨要求。
  2. 如簽收貨品時發現上述問題,請於收貨當天起七日內聯絡我們申請退貨、換貨或退款,程序如下:
    • 1. 將個人聯絡資料、退貨產品內容、退貨原因及收到的貨品相片電郵到 support@icommonhk.org.hk
    • 2. 在收到退換貨申請後,我們將檢視客戶提供的資料,電郵回覆確認貨品是否符合退換貨品政策的要求。
    • 3. 經我們確認貨品可以退換後,請自行安排將退貨產品寄回給我們。
    • 4. 退貨產品寄出前必須先讓我們確認無誤。若非產品本身的品質問題,我們將不負責任何退貨運費及其他相關費用。
    • 5. 貨件在我們收到前仍然屬於客戶所負責,請保留寄件收據。如貨品在退貨郵寄期間不幸遺失,我們或需要參閱寄件收據。
    • 6. 收到退回的貨品後,我們會以電郵發送確認通知,並根據你的選擇將原本已支付購買產品的費用全數退回或重新寄出完好的產品;而原本購買時的運費則不會被退還。

Return & Refund Policy

  1. As the nature of our products and hygienic concern, we will only accept the request in exchange, return or refund of product either “the delivered products is not match with your order” or “the product itself having any of quality problems”
  2. If you find any of the above problems, please send the request on "Exchange, Return or Refund” to i-COMMON HK within 7 days from the day of delivery, the procedures are as follow: :
    • 1. Send your contact information, the detail of the product(s) that you want to return, the reason(s) of return, and the photo(s) of the delivered product(s) to support@icommonhk.org.hk
    • 2. After receiving your request, we will review on your provided information and confirm whether we will accept your request by email
    • 3. If we have accepted your request, please ship us back the products that you have requested for return
    • 4. Before your shipment, please make sure we have already accepted your request and confirmed the exact items that you will ship back to us. We will only responsible for any cost related to "Exchange, Return or Refund" when the return was because of "the delivered products is not match with your order" or "the product itself having any kind of quality problems"
    • 5. Before our receival on your return product(s), the responsibility on the returning product(s) is still remain on customers. Therefore, please keep the receipt of your shipment as we may need to trace the product(s)
    • 6. After we have received your return product(s), we will send a confirmation email to you and "ship you back the new product(s)" or "refund". However, the shipping cost of your original order will not be refunded.
